We appreciate your decision to shop with us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to any products that you purchased from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

We understand that there may be situations where you want or need to cancel your order from our website. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Digital Goods:

Purchase of Recurring Digital Goods and/or Subscriptions: Your payment for the Services will automatically renew at the end of each subscription cycle. You can cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting our support email mentioned above. The cancellation will take effect from the day following the Subscription cancellation, after which you will be downgraded and/or denied access to the Subscription and/or Services. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or in-store credit for a partial Subscription cycle.

Purchase of One-Time Digital Goods: You can cancel your Order within 7 days from the purchase without providing a reason by contacting our support email mentioned above. If a purchased Digital Good does not perform as described on the website, you may contact our support at any time. We will review your claim, and if found justified, we will refund you. Refunds will not be granted in cases of purchase abuse.

Purchase of Digital Services as Digital Goods: Due to the unique and personal nature of Digital Services, returns and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We have the sole discretion to assess cancellation requests sent to our support email mentioned above. We will consider factors such as the Terms of Use and whether the Digital Services were executed according to our standards. Your misconduct or improper use of the Digital Services may also be taken into account. Incomplete Orders can be canceled up to 7 days after the Order has been placed. Completed Orders or milestones can be canceled up to 3 days after the delivery of the Digital Services or the Notice of them, whichever is the latest.

Tangible Goods:

You can cancel your Order within 7 days without providing a reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party, whom you appointed and who is not the carrier,takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns:

In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
